Cobbler Union is disrupting the men’s luxury footwear market by circumventing the traditional retail channel and engaging with customers directly through its own website, physical stores, and other channels.

We’re looking for a Store Associate to assist clients in our beautiful headquarters. As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will be instrumental in representing the Cobbler Union brand to new and existing customers. At Cobbler Union we take pride in providing not only a great product but also extraordinary service to each and every one of our customers and this will be your primary role as a Customer Experience Associate. You'll learn all about the craft we are trying to preserve, how a shoe should properly fit, and most of all how to provide incredible service.

As an organized, service oriented individual with a strategic approach in increasing sales, you’ll interact daily with our customers to guide them through the online and in-store experience creating strong and sustainable bonds.

Since we’re a fast-growing start-up, your role will be fast-paced and constantly evolving. We are looking for someone that has the ability to think as a customer and provide the best resolution. A strong work ethic, high level of empathy with communication and selling skills are paramount to this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver an extraordinary customer experience through phone, email, chat, and in-person in our store.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with our customers by advising them in fit, care, and style always meeting customer service goals.
- Answer any questions related to product, orders placed, or other questions a customer may have.
- Think creatively about ways to solve problems in a timely manner to exceed each customer’s expectations.
- Learn everything there is to know about our products to best advise customers, offer exceptional fitting advice and maximize loyalty and sales.
- Understand the internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and deliver customer service of the highest quality over multiple channels of communication.
- Help us improve! You will be directly communicating with customers - noticing trends in customer inquiries and bringing them to the attention of our operations marketing, and production teams. We are a small team and we all work together to improve the brand experience.
- Conduct customer outreach.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Customer mindset with potential to empathize and create bonds with people.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers with a passion for taking care of them.
- A hard worker who will do what it takes to get the job done.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Motivated to be your best and grow every day.
- A team player, positive and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and well organized - able to multitask effectively.
- Menswear retail experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in store (Atlanta, GA)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes weekends.
