Assists the Store General manager in ensuring the Consultative Sales Leads understand their daily assigned tasks and are properly trained. Provides support to the Store General Manager in the overall development of these associates. Responsible for direct selling to our Members and executing other merchandising and operational processes that support the whole store.JOB SCOPE:Assist the Store General Manager with Consultative Sales Lead training, their overall development, and communicating/completing daily tasks; participates in direct selling to Members, driving sales through community outreach, and all other merchandising/operational activities.
