Sous Chef Fine Dining Pub Oxfordshire 41K Package
Sous Chef required to join the team at this superb privately owned country pub and award winning restaurant in South West Oxfordshire
Working for a Michelin trained head chef and his Team standards are high but not overly complicated serving 20 30 covers for Lunch and 30 40 for Dinner
The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef to help him run the kitchen, cooking with all fresh ingredients with a fair amount of freedom, Chef is ideally looking to push for 3 Rosettes somebody with experience at this level would be of great interest
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Buckland, Faringdon, Highworth, Lechlade-on-Thames Abingdon or possibly Swindon area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £36,000 depending upon experience
Generous Staff Tips approx. £4000 - £5000
