Solar Sales Representative Responsibilities

Perform in-home consultations with customers, building trust and rapport with prospective customers.
Providing accurate in-home needs assessments and corresponding analysis.
Resolving customer concerns and overcoming challenges.
Participating in ongoing training, development and certifications.
Pursue multiple outbound marketing initiatives including canvassing, door knocking, referrals and personal marketing to source new customers.
Update company systems with all pertinent data throughout the sales process.
Effectively communicate and maintain customer relationships. Keep customers updated on project status with the support of internal concierge and operations teams.

Massachusetts Solar Sales Representative Requirements
Previous sales experience in Massachusetts preferred but not required.
Must be flexible working weekend and evening appointments.
Must be able to self generate leads.
Must have transportation.
Willing to work in an outdoor setting.
Highly persuasive, self-disciplined and honest.
Great problem solving and communication skills.
Must have a great work ethic and be coachable.
