Solar Outreach Representative Responsibilities
Utilize software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately and acceptably.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Respond efficiently and accurately to customers' questions and concerns and take leads to book appointments for our sales team.
Solar Outreach Representative will seek new customer opportunities and guide prospective customers, researching and qualifying prospects.
The right candidate will be a hunter, dedicated to finding new well qualified prospects and opportunities for our solar specialist team, placing and receiving calls while communicating key product information.
Thoroughly document and report prospect information into the proper systems.


Solar Outreach Representative Requirements

High school graduate or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills - clear, high energy voice without being too aggressive.
Sales, lead generation, or customer service experience preferred.
Must be detail oriented, organized, determined, tenacious with a proven ability to cold call or door knock.
Customer focused mentality, people oriented with a winning positive attitude.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to travel.
Must be willing to work outdoors.
