We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sourcing Manager to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office - Systems Architecture team. This role is located in Manchester - HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Serve as liaison and business analyst between the Sourcing and Resilience business owners and the Engineering team for the development and enhancement of technical solutions.
Maintain, prioritize, refine, and govern the change requests provided by stakeholders. The Senior Vice President role is also responsible for articulating the importance and synergies of requested changes.
Partner with engineering and data governance teams to ensure consistency and stability of the applications, consistency of the associated reporting, and transparency to downstream applications.
Provide analysis of solutions and data and advise stakeholders on the quality of the solutions available.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management, finance, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Relevant years’ experience in strategic sourcing within the category area, with deep knowledge of market conditions and trends, as well as leading suppliers and products in the category.
Knowledge of procurement and Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) platforms including RSA Archer, KY3P, Ivalua, SirionLabs, and ServiceNow is preferred.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels within the organization, including senior management, as well as suppliers.
