A growing cleaning company is looking for reliable and hardworking contractors for residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning projects.
We are looking for a cleaner who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, shows up on time, and wants long term opportunities with a company that is growing quickly.
This opportunity is great for people with experience in cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, roof cleaning, concrete cleaning, driveway cleaning, construction cleanup, and exterior property cleaning.

Pay Structure

This is an independent contractor position operating under a performance based revenue split model. Contractors begin at an 80 percent payout share while the company retains 20 percent for customer acquisition, scheduling, operations, administration, payment processing, and marketing. Contractors can increase their payout share by 1 percent for every verified 5 star review received on completed jobs.
Only the first five completed 5 star jobs qualify toward the increase, allowing contractors to grow from an 80 percent split to a maximum 85 percent split based on performance and customer satisfaction. Payments are issued after successful completion of projects and completion verification.
After reaching 85/15 split there will be a performance incentive.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for reliable and hardworking independent contractors with experience in cleaning and using
cleaning tools and equipment. Applicants should know how to work safely, pay attention to detail, and provide high quality service. They must be able to work independently, follow company rules and procedures, communicate well with management, and behave professionally with customers on job sites. Experience with pressure washing, soft washing, commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and exterior cleaning tools is preferred.

Responsibilities
Contractors are expected to complete projects safely, professionally, and according to company quality standards.
Responsibilities may include:
Pressure washing
Soft washing
House washing
Roof cleaning
Concrete cleaning
Driveway cleaning
Commercial cleaning
Industrial cleaning
Exterior property cleaning
Construction cleanup
Fleet washing
Surface cleaning
Property maintenance related services
All contractors are required to:
Arrive on time
Maintain professional conduct
Follow OSHA and safety guidelines where applicable
Use equipment responsibly
Communicate properly with management
Report damages or safety concerns immediately
Take before and after photos for every completed project
Follow company quality and documentation procedures at all times

Dress Code

Contractors must maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company on job sites. Contractors may either wear approved company branded clothing or wear a plain shirt with company provided branding displayed during projects.

Important Information

This is an independent contractor (a 1099 opportunity) and not a regular employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance requirements where applicable.
