Biodenix, one of the world’s leading health, medical and well-being publications group, which owns and operates a media network helping millions of people make more informed decisions, is looking for a full-time Advertising Sales Representative with proven digital advertising sales experience to join its successful and growing global Sales team.

This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity and available to only qualified and highly motivated salesperson. If you are an ambitious, self-driven individual who can develop and grow new business relationships, as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you!

As a successful Advertising Sales Representative with focus on digital AdSales, your responsibility will be to ensure your personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your proven account relationship management, new business development, negotiations, and sales skills.

You need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is mandatory. It is crucial that our sales representative be personable and professional.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure monthly and annual sales goals are achieved by targeting clients in our industries.
- Maximize and up-sell to existing opportunities with existing global clients.
- Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
- Represent Biodenix values in all dealings with Clients, Suppliers, and Colleagues.
- Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues globally is excellent and enables Biodenix to deliver world-beating service.
- Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Excellence, Discipline, Innovation, Creativity, Respect, Professionalism, and Data-Driven Decision Making.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively prospect and reach out to target clients to source new business.
- Responding to partnership requests in adherence with company’s best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Use company order processing & customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- New business development, from either Biodenix clients, generated leads, referrals or own knowledge base.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service and support.
- Set and work to achieve monthly OKRs and KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets and quotas are achieved.
- Work with the wider Sales and Business Development teams for discovery of new opportunities and delivery of existing ones.
- Identify prospects and pass leads to Biodenix and its subsidiaries, where appropriate.
- Establish Biodenix and its solutions as a global proposition, as well as a local solution.
