The Right Candidate will have:
Little to No sales experience required / Experienced also accepted
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Has a passion for serving and helping others

Job Responsibilities of a Sales Professional with Advisors of Chicago
Being a team-player to help grow the agency
Develop meaningful business relationships in your community
Achieving goals and being organized and efficient
Helping make sure customers have the right protection
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
Be outstanding at relationship building.

Serve our personal lines clients by helping with questions, needs, and providing sound advice; Foster a strong relationship with clients; become an expert with our various products; grow personally and professionally by striving to make a difference in the daily lives of our clients, team members, and other people you will connect with.
You will also get to work with new incoming referrals and company provided leads to our agency. With these incoming referrals and leads, you'll get to walk prospective clients though the steps to build a plan that suits their needs.
As a Sales Professional you will perform the fundamental role of servicing customers and building strong relationships within the community.
You’ll work as a member of a team of professionals focused on providing innovative products to help customers with the best interest of their needs.
