Remote Senior Systems Administrator needs 10+ years as a Systems Administrator
Remote Senior Systems Administrator requires:
Logistics experience
Project management required
Retail experience
Hands on system experience; issue logging and tracking and communicating with stakeholders
System testing
Trade compliance (ex: Datecart) experience is a plus
Remote Senior Systems Administrator duties:
Assist with application deployments and on-boarding
Maintain functional knowledge of Logistics processes and platforms
Facilitate post-change validations to ensure desired outcomes were achieved
Compile & present benefits of system patches/upgrades. Manage testing (with IT engagement)
Field incoming requests or problem tickets from end-users to resolve application issues
Facilitate continuous improvement efforts with business partners and IT, improving functionality and efficiency
Communicate updates and escalations to stakeholders
Coordinate across Logistics, IT, and application providers in support of issue resolution
