Sales Management:

· Manage Accounts and develop action plans necessary to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

· Participate in weekly meetings.

· Collaborate with the wider sales team and technical experts.

Key Accounts:

· Manage, update, and track key accounts.

· Strategize and develop a plan to call on key accounts, infiltrate existing accounts and retire unproductive or dormant accounts.

Estimating and Operations:

· Prepare proposals, estimates and quotations.

· Undertake job walks and site visits to meet clients and determine job specifics.

· Coordinate major projects to ensure organization and execution in place.

· Assist with quantifying and timely submittal of invoicing.

· Assist with resolution of delinquent accounts if required.

· Work closely with operations team to facilitate transition from sales to execution.
· Five years minimum sales experience in one of the above-mentioned industries.

· Local knowledge of the Northwest.

· Experience with business development and relationship building.

· Bachelor’s degree in a related industry is desirable but equivalent industry
experience will be considered in its place.

· Experience of a Customer Resource Management (CRM) software preferred.

Extra credit for knowledge and experience in rigging will be given.
