We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Property Rental Ad listing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our property listings. The ideal candidate will create compelling property advertisements, manage digital content, and utilize various marketing channels to attract prospective buyers or tenants and maximize property visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging and accurate property descriptions for listings across multiple platforms.
Take high-quality photographs and virtual tour videos of properties to enhance listings.
Manage and update property listings on websites, MLS, social media, and other online channels.
Develop marketing campaigns to promote new and existing listings, including email marketing and targeted ads.
Collaborate with the sales and leasing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Monitor listing performance, analyze engagement data, and make recommendations for optimization.
Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity to position properties effectively.
