Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of power transformer assembly processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading a team of production workers to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing of power transformers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of production workers, including assemblers, technicians, and operators.
- Provide clear instructions, set performance expectations, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee the entire production process of power transformers, from material preparation to final testing and packaging.
- Ensure that production schedules are met and that manufacturing targets are achieved while maintaining product quality and safety.
- Implement and refine production workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and minimize defects.
- Identify bottlenecks, process inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to address them.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to ensure products meet or exceed industry specifications and customer requirements.
- Identify training needs within the production team and coordinate appropriate training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Foster professional growth and development among team members.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality control, and logistics departments to ensure seamless production processes and timely delivery of products.
- Maintain accurate production records, including work orders, production reports, quality control data, and other relevant documentation.
- Address production-related issues in a timely manner and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze root causes of defects or delays and work to eliminate them.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+years of experience in power transformer manufacturing as a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of power transformer assembly processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse production team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using relevant manufacturing software and tools.
- Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and protocols.
