Large industrial manufacturer of converted paper products seeks candidate to supervise production.

Shall:

Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure personnel are trained in proper processes, techniques, and quality requirements.

Monitor and oversee production of parts through paper, film, foam, & foil laminating, slitting, die cutting, mold forming, vacuum forming, trimming, etc.

Ensure production and scheduling timelines are followed, make certain delivery goals are met and project milestones are adhered to.

Evaluate products during spot-check activities to ensure requirements are met continuously and report defects to management.

Mentor and train 50-60 manufacturing employees.
