Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17.02 /Hour
What you'll be doing as a Custodian Worker:

• Worker will be handling janitorial and custodial services for common areas of a community.
• Job duties include sweeping, mopping, and maintaining laundry rooms.
• Sweeping and mopping
• Washing sinks, windows, screens, walls, and floors
• Picking up paper, trash, debris, and empty out trash cans.
• Sweeping, hosing, squeegeeing common area stairs and handrails
• Assist residents in opening doors to laundry and refuse rooms and tunnel gates

Available shifts:
Shift timings -1st Shift (Day),2nd Shift (Evening) andWeekends
Job requirements:

• Housekeeping Skills
• Janitorial Skills
• Work effectively with co-workers, customers, and other by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner.
• Keep Commitments
• Ability to maintain a schedule of cleaning and work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to learn the operation and care of vacuum cleaners, scrubbing machines, polishing machines, and other custodial equipment.
• Background check and drug test required
