Beacons School Success Lead
Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of youth in your community? Are you an influencer or motivator? Do you have a special hobby you can teach youth?
Beacons School Youth Development programming is focused and intentional, addressing community needs with proven educational and social program strategies for K-12 youth. Beacon Youth Development Centers provide youth (K-12) a place to grow through challenging activities, caring relationships, and leadership experiences. A wide range of positive youth (K-12) development enrichment programs provide opportunities for youth (K-12) to develop social and academic skills.
Beacons School Youth Development Lead Staff are mentors, role models, allies, and educators for our youth (K-12). The Youth Development Lead Staff run the groups and keep the youth (K-12) engaged while having fun and promoting a positive school culture. We encourage people to apply who have specialized skills that they can teach the youth (ex. dance, music, computer skills, art, sports). Beacons School Youth Development Lead staff plan their own lessons and run the groups.
