Hiring: Mainframe Professionals | Remote Opportunities (USA/Canada/India)
We are currently hiring for multiple long-term remote contract roles in the Mainframe domain. Candidates must be comfortable working CST hours.
Position 1: Mainframe DevOps Architect
10+ years in z/OS architecture & mainframe development
Expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM
Strong experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, DevOps automation
Hands-on with IBM tools: DBB, IDz, IDD/UCD
Experience with DevOps transformation & pipeline implementation
Position 2: Mainframe Automation Engineer
Strong expertise in IBM System Automation & z/OS operations
Experience migrating from CA OPS/MVS & Automation Point to IBM Tivoli System Automation / SAIOM
Skills in REXX, OPS REXX, JCL, TSO/ISPF, NetView, PDB
Experience in automation frameworks, startup/shutdown automation & system operations
Position 3: Mainframe Performance Engineer with Python
Expertise in z/OS performance monitoring & tuning
Experience with SMF, RMF, OMEGAMON, SYSVIEW
Strong Python scripting & automation skills
Knowledge of CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, JES2/JES3, VSAM
Experience in performance optimization, monitoring dashboards & capacity planning
Location: Remote
Preference: USA candidates (Open to Canada & India)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
