Location: Jacksonville, FL 32216 - Must be local to the Jacksonville area
WFH 4/5 days a week, must be onsite (1) day a week
Pay: $60K+
Type: Direct hire
Job description:
Partner and consult with hiring managers to identify and address hiring needs
Manage inbound recruitment leads, conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews with hiring managers
Manage approximately 10-25 open requisitions
Recruit on professional roles to electrical construction roles
Outbound calls/sourcing for job candidates
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions
Implement efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies
Nice to have:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related preferred
(5) years of experience with full-cycle recruitment preferred
Requirements:
Must have (2) years of corporate recruiting experience
Must have previous experience working from home
Must be able to work onsite 1/day weekly
Ability to learn and used Google Apps software
High school diploma or equivalent
Background check required
Drug screening required
