TITLE: Senior HR Generalist

LOCATION: Plano, TX
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience

SUMMARY:
- Reports to the SVP, HR
- Provide the full range of HR Generalist support to the company including, but not limited to:
-- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
-- Managing daily activities in the HRIS and Payroll system
-- Providing performance management guidance to management
-- Analyzing trends and metrics and developing solutions, programs and policies
-- Ensuring regulatory compliance
-- Overseeing various HR projects
-- Supporting and participating in the company’s business strategy, including rapid growth through M&A activity, as well as organically
-- Participating in DEI councils and initiatives at the corporate level

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of HR experience with a strong background in data analysis and/ or project management.
- 5+ years of HRIS, reporting, compliance, etc. experience
- Experience in multiple HR functions (i.e., policy creation, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, etc.)
- Quick learner
- Bachelor’s Degree
