Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Maintain HR systems, reporting, and compliance documentation
Support employee engagement, training, and culture initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
57+ years of US HR experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
Experience handling employee relations and compliance independently
Preferred
The Chinese language is preferred to communicate with the China team
Multi-state HR experience and vendor coordination
