📞 Role: Assist clients in managing non-emergency healthcare transportation benefits. Serve a diverse client base, including state and local government agencies, Medicaid agencies, transit authorities, school boards, managed care organizations, and hospitals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound communication to assist clients with their transportation benefit needs.
Coordinate non-emergency healthcare transportation services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions and transportation arrangements.
