Growing Automation & Machining Company located in Sarasota, FL reviewing resumes for a Senior Design Engineer.
• Electrical &/or mechanical engineering degree
• 10+ years manufacturing engineering experience
• 5+ years custom manufacturing automation experience
• 5+ years designing robotic automation cells experience
• Experience in team leadership, project management & budget adherence
• 3D Design experience
• Experience with working directly with company machine shop for tooling & component manufacturing
• Consultative company culture with considerable emphasis on communication abilities (with engineering, sales, assembly, machining & suppliers)
• Must be a US citizen
• Reporting directly to the President of active family ownership
Company growth 30% a year for past 3 years in business in same town & with the same President for over 27 years.
Medium size company of 30 people.
