Position: Customer Service Rep

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and support.
Stay informed about program details, industry trends, and best practices through ongoing training.
Utilize CRM software effectively to manage client interactions and track progress.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, self-discipline, and ethical conduct.
