Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Construction Project Manager role located in Greater Philadelphia. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, budgeting and construction management.

Budgeting skills
Experience in the real estate development industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
