Job Overview:
We are actively looking to hire a motivated & experienced Commercial Plumber. This position is for a Commercial Plumber with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in “ground-up” commercial construction; this is NOT an entry-level position. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste disposal in commercial buildings throughout Broward County.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Installation: Install commercial-grade plumbing systems, including PVC, CPVC, copper, and cast-iron piping.
• Blueprints: Read and interpret commercial building plans and specifications to determine layout and installation sequences.
• Fixture Fitting: Install and connect commercial water heaters, backflow preventers, floor drains, and industrial restroom fixtures.
• Collaboration: Work alongside other trades (HVAC, Electrical) to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for leaks or blockages in large-scale commercial facilities.

Qualifications:
• Experience: MUST have 2–3 years of verifiable experience in commercial plumbing.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of South Florida building codes and commercial plumbing standards.
• Licensing: A Journeyman license is not required (but would be a plus & raise the compensation). We will help obtain your license.
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS
