Business Systems Analyst needs 5 years’ experience
Business Systems Analyst requires:
o Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business or related field or equivalent practical experience (e.g., systems analysis, automation/reporting, Power Platform/SharePoint/ACC projects; relevant certifications).
o Proven end‑to‑end ownership: intake → scope → build → UAT → release → follow‑up.
o Hands‑on with SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps; familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Power BI, and relational data concepts (SQL).
o Clear, concise communication; stakeholder management; ability to defend scope with options.
o Experience designing workflows, process diagrams, and system documentation.
o Understanding of automation and AI concepts (e.g., intelligent search, workflow automation, data validation
Business Systems Analyst duties:
o Qualifies and scopes requests from intake through delivery, including SOW definition, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
o Designs, builds, and maintains reliable solutions across SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, ACC, and Power BI, including workflow design, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and quality controls.
o Collaborates with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive decisions, secure approvals, and avoid rework.
o Standardizes high-frequency requests into reusable templates, documentation, and workflow patterns to improve throughput and consistency.
o Supports reporting, data validation, and visibility through curated datasets and BI tooling.
