The Franchise Sales / Business Development Representative will help continue to grow RE/MAX Real Estate Franchises in Minnesota / Wisconsin area.

We are looking for someone who is independent, confident, and self-directed able to prospect new leads with a true hunting sales mentality. This position is responsible for targeting top real estate salespeople, teams, managers and company owners to own and operate a RE/MAX franchise. We are seeking someone to initiate, develop and cultivate new relationships with prospective brokers, agents and clients. This position is a key contributor for the growth and expansion of the RE/MAX Network!

Position requires the following:
Driven, motivated, self-starter with history of sales success
Demonstrated successful in outside sales / field sales / territory sales experience
Success in managing sales process. From prospecting to close.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently from their home office
Sales Professionals only – “order takers” need not apply

Hire Range/Rate:
$50,000 - $55,000 Base Salary + uncapped commission plan
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
