Electrician Position with Attractive Signing Bonus

We are currently offering a generous $2,000 signing bonus!

Relocation assistance available for candidates residing more than 50 miles outside of Neenah, WI. This position is located onsite in Neenah, WI. Kimberly Clark will provide a lump sum relocation stipend for U.S. candidates relocating from out of the area.

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components of machinery and assets within our mill facility. Your work will be guided by our reliability strategy and in compliance with site safety standards. This position is crucial to Kimberly-Clark's commitment to implementing and upholding World Class Best Maintenance practices globally, ensuring the safe production of premium products in Neenah, WI. Work schedule will be assigned after training. Day shifts and rotating shifts are possibilities. Flexibility is required.

Rotating Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts (days/nights) from 5:45AM - 5:55PM ($37.73 per hour plus a 0.60 night shift differential). One week consists of 48 hours, while the following week consists of 36 hours.

Day Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day, including a 30-minute paid relief period.

No mandatory overtime!

Your Profile

As a Maintenance Electrician, you demonstrate your experience, excel under pressure, and contribute significant value to your team by taking ownership of issues, maintaining flexibility in mindset and practice, and fostering collaboration to achieve team goals. Additionally, you:

- Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Have completed an Electrician Apprenticeship program, or possess an Associate's Degree or higher in an Electrical field, with at least three (3) years of experience. Alternatively, you have equivalent Military Education/Training, or seven (7) years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician in an industrial manufacturing setting.
- Possess experience programming Rockwell PLC, VFDrives, and HMI software such as RSLogix5000, RSLogix 5, Review Factory Talk (ControlLogix, GuardLogix, PLC5, PanelView, Networks: EtherNet, DH+, RIO, PowerFlex, and other Rockwell drives).
- Have specific trade experience in general electrical maintenance, instrumentation, DCS, and low to medium voltage electrical work (desirable).
- Possess basic machine shop, welding, and fabricating skills.
- Have experience with high-speed manufacturing and converting equipment.
- Are willing to learn Microsoft Windows-based computer systems. Previous experience with computer-managed maintenance systems (CMMS) such as SAP is desired.
- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, self-motivation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You can effectively manage multiple priorities and are committed to working collaboratively within a team.

- Competitive Compensation: Starting wage of $35.96 per hour for day shift assignments. For rotating shift assignments, the wage is $37.73 with an additional 0.60 for night rotations. All shifts include time and a half pay on Sundays. Double time pay for worked holidays. Currently, we offer a $2k sign-on bonus, with $1k paid after the 90-day probationary period and another $1k paid after one year of service.
