We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic farm environment:
Education: High school diploma required; college diploma or degree in business administration or related field is an asset
Experience: At least 12 years in an administrative or office role (experience in agriculture is an advantage but not mandatory)
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Excellent verbal and written communication (English or French; bilingual is a plus)
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills
Other Qualities:
Team player with a proactive attitude
Comfortable working in a rural/farm environment
Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
